Nutrition Coaching – Living a Nutritious Life


Coaching is not about judgment - it is about you and tapping into your potential — living your life with a deeper purpose, a more focused direction, and a mindful balance.

Achieving good health is a mulit-faceted approach. For example did you know that you can help to curb hunger by drinking water throughout the day? Or that healthy snacking can keep the hunger pangs away. How do you cope with the transitions that you may be going through in your life and how can that derail your goals to eat healthier, or lose weight?

Behavior changes can seem daunting, especially if it seems like you’ve been going around in circles, or if you were asked by a physician to make daily changes and you just don’t know where to start.

As a nutrition and food allergy coach, it is my job to help facilitate the inclusion of healthy eating behaviors and to empower clients to take responsibility for their own health. We will work together and help define and achieve your goals. Coaching is about moving forward with a plan and a partner to help you be the healthiest version of you.

Very simply, I work with clients to define their idea of “optimal” wellness as it applies to their life, identify the changes that are needed to make healthy lifestyle habits and support you in defining a clear vision of where you want to go.
