Achieving good health is a mulitfaceted approach. Did you know that you can help to curb hunger by drinking water throughout the day? Or that healthy snacking can help you control hunger? And what about transitions that you may be going through in your life that may derail your goals to eat healthier, or lose weight?
Behavior changes can seem daunting, especially if it seems like you are going around in circles, or if a medical diagnosis was given to you by a physician who then told you to make daily changes.
As a nutrition and food allergy coach, it is my job to help facilitate the inclusion of healthy eating behaviors and to empower clients to take responsibility for their own health. We will work together to help guide you to define and achieve your goals. Coaching is about moving forward, to stop going around in circles.
